How does the calculator decide if I paid more?
It converts your price to a rate per sq yd and compares it with the area's rate for your purchase year. More than 8% above is costlier, more than 7% below is a good deal, and anything in between is fair.
Why does a corner or main-road plot change the result?
Corner plots and plots on wide roads normally sell at a premium in Jaipur, while plots on narrow lanes sell at a discount. The calculator adjusts the area rate for this before comparing.
Does the price include stamp duty and registration?
No. Enter only the price paid to the seller. Stamp duty and registration charges are separate government fees.
