What to add on top
Stamp duty, the 20% surcharge on it and the 1% registration fee add about 8.2% for a man and 7% for a woman buying alone, charged on the higher of the price and the DLC value. For a ₹75 lakh plot in Jagatpura that is roughly 7–8% more. Details are in stamp duty in Jaipur.
The formula
Price = size in gaj × rate per gaj. If you have a rate per sq ft, multiply it by 9 to get the rate per gaj. If you have a size in sq ft, divide by 9 to get gaj.
